SAGINAW, MI — Residents here in need of home window replacements can seek help starting next month via a Saginaw City Hall program.

The initiative represents the third and final stage of a $3.8 million housing rehabilitation program benefiting low-income residents. That first phases — which kicked off in December 2022 — provided furnace and roof rehabilitation and replacements to those in need.
